Our fees are simple and transparent: there are no setup costs, no monthly subscriptions, no tips, and fees only apply to online payments.
Online payments
Each online payment has two parts to its fee:
- Payment fee – charged by the payment provider, such as PayPal, Visa or Mastercard (fixed amount + a percent of the transaction)
- Platform fee – charged by us (a percent of the transaction)
Total fee = Payment fee + Platform fee (varies by payment method).

Always free — no fees for offline donations and payments such as:
- Cash
- Cheque
- Bank transfer
- Standing order
- Payment in time
