Fees

Our fees are simple and transparent: there are no setup costs, no monthly subscriptions, no tips, and fees only apply to online payments.

Online payments

Each online payment has two parts to its fee:

  • Payment fee – charged by the payment provider, such as PayPal, Visa or Mastercard (fixed amount + a percent of the transaction)
  • Platform fee – charged by us (a percent of the transaction)

Total fee = Payment fee + Platform fee (varies by payment method).
